READ FIRST:
Emerald Pointe has a governing document in place titled
DECLARATION OF COVENANTS, CONDITIONS AND
RESTRICTIONS EMERALD POINTE. This document includes
the Covenants, Bylaws, and Leasing Guidelines. FOR SAKE
OF SIMPLICITY, THE TERM “COVENANTS” WILL BE USED
HERE FOR ALL THREE.

Please understand that sending an email to a board member or
committee chair does NOT start the complaint process for
reporting a suspected violation reporting of the Covenants.

BEFORE FILING A COMPLAINT

Read the appropriate section of the Covenants to assure your complaint is a legitimate concern to be addressed by the Committee. We are only able to address matters that are included in the Covenants.

Below is a link to the Administrative Procedures Manual, which serves as a handbook of optional procedural guidelines. Please note, it is not part of the Covenants. A copy of the manual is available on our website, or you may access it directly here:

We are neighbors first.

Communicating your concern directly and respectfully to a neighbor is the best method for resolution. Your neighbor(s) may not be aware she/he/they are committing an infraction that is affecting you.

ACTION STEPS TO FILE A COMPLAINT

If you still feel your matter is going unresolved, the instructions for filing a complaint are below.

Complete the Covenants Report Form. A copy of the form is provided for you to download at the end of this page.
Drop off the Complaint Form. The form must be in a secured and sealed envelope. The Envelope MUST be addressed to "EPOA Covenants Committee Only". Drop off location is 103 Emerald Pointe Drive mailbox.

OR

Email the completed form to Covenants Committee Chair.

Committee Chairs currently serving can be located at emeraldpointe.net/association.

The appointed Committee Chair's personal email address may be found in the Community Directory under the Home Owners tab or by going to emeraldpointe.net/directory.

YOUR FORM WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED IF YOU SUBMIT:

Incomplete Forms. An incomplete form will be returned to the Complainant for completion.
Anonymous Complaints. Will not be accepted. Your identity will be disclosed.
